Our order was messed up (I'm kinda picky). Immediately the manager apologized and personally oversaw the crew "making it right".
Folks, this is a McDonald's! With that being said, I've driven U.S. 19 eight or more times a year, for many years, going from NW Florida to Tampa and this is one of the cleanest places along that stretch of highway. The service is ok, my food is always hot, and the prices are fine for what it is. Don't make too many food substitutions of your order and you'll be in good shape. The restrooms are in decent shape, cleanliness wise. The lobby is stocked and kept free of trash and other large debris. Either morning or afternoon, I find this to be a busy location.
Staff is nice, decent Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, good food, and very rare order mix-ups.
Need to get close the doors and start over. As far as fast food places go this place is just BAD. Standing around on the phone are bitching about being at work.
Most of the time food is nice and hot... :)

Service needs help tho... Friendlier, SMILING, faces would be more appreciated...withOUT the attitudes of several there ..but all in all.. its very nice to have another fast food establishment in our community.... :)
